I did it! 5 hours, 9 minutes in the Las Vegas Marathon on December 7th, 2008! College friends Becky & Joe Besouzek, Erin Elliott ran with me and Brent was patiently waiting at the finish line for us! I can't wait to do the next one! I almost started crying as I past the finish line, but I held back. One of the proudest moments of my life so far (besides getting married) and one of the biggest challenges I've had to train for. Safe to say I'm addicted! Next one (so far) is next December 2009 in Sacramento.
